Bay-breasted Warbler
These little birds are long-distance travellers. Breeding in boreal spruce-fir forests of eastern and central Canada, as well as the extreme northern United States, then flying south all the way to the wet lowland forests of northeastern South America, the Caribbean, and southern Central America. I’m glad I got this one single photograph in Colombia. Maybe we’ll see it again somewhere, sometime…🤞
