Andean tit-spinetail
Named for, you guessed it, it’s tail, this is a small bird of the high Andes (ranging from 3000 to 4450 m /9,800 to 13100 ft). We only saw it once. At a stop to photograph the Andean Teal and Duck. While they stayed away, this one was busy hopping around bushes close to the road. I like this bird! 😊 😊
